D15 × 2mm permanent ring magnet with screw hole, Magnetic Flat Round NdFeB Magnets

Neodymium Iron Boron is prone to oxidation; however, magnets provided by STAR have oxidation rates far below industry standards.

Nickel-plating is generally required to ensure longevity of the magnet, cleanliness, and to prevent oxidation.

When nickel-plating Neodymium magnets, one still needs to be aware that the process must be very closely controlled.

Highlights:

1. Counter sunk holes tolerance control:

(1). in the process of grinding and cuting, controlled by high precise machines.

(2). after plating, we will check the magnet tolerance as per drawings based on AQL standard.

2. Non-magnetism protective package:

(step 1). sorting the defect product after magnetized

(step 2). check the total quantity as per client order

(step 3). Vaccum packing based on magnet size and inner box

(step 4). Inner box packing and put the shipping label on the inner box

(step 5). Foam protection packing, and then iron packaging to finish the Non-magnetism protection

(step 6). Exporting carton with table tie and then pallet, post magnet Grade, size, quantities or special requirements
