Neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) is a member of the rare earth family of permanent magnets,

and is a relatively new form having only entered the market in the early 1980s. It has the highest energy of any permanent magnet material in production today,

and are well-suited for high output electromagnet transducers. The cost of NdFeB magnets is low to moderate.

Highlights:

1. Counter sunk holes tolerance control:

(1). in the process of grinding and cuting, controlled by high precise machines.

(2). after plating, we will check the magnet tolerance as per drawings based on AQL standard.

2. Non-magnetism protective package:

(step 1). sorting the defect product after magnetized

(step 2). check the total quantity as per client order

(step 3). Vaccum packing based on magnet size and inner box

(step 4). Inner box packing and put the shipping label on the inner box

(step 5). Foam protection packing, and then iron packaging to finish the Non-magnetism protection

(step 6). Exporting carton with table tie and then pallet, post magnet Grade, size, quantities or special requirements
