Counter sunk NdFeB Magnet , Sintered Permanent N52 block magnet with center hole

Surface treatment using nickel is often desirable. Depending on the magnet material, different processes are utilized for nickel coated the magnet.

We will look at each basic material and cover the appropriate processes offered.

Highlights:

1. Counter sunk holes tolerance control:

(1). in the process of grinding and cuting, controlled by high precise machines.

(2). after plating, we will check the magnet tolerance as per drawings based on AQL standard.

2. Non-magnetism protective package:

(step 1). sorting the defect product after magnetized

(step 2). check the total quantity as per client order

(step 3). Vaccum packing based on magnet size and inner box

(step 4). Inner box packing and put the shipping label on the inner box

(step 5). Foam protection packing, and then iron packaging to finish the Non-magnetism protection

(step 6). Exporting carton with table tie and then pallet, post magnet Grade, size, quantities or special requirements
